Qdeck is founded by an Electrical Engineer and Ex-Indian Navy professional with extensive exposure to structured systems, disciplined environments, and large-scale operations across India and international markets.
With an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Indore and leadership certifications from Texas A&M University, the founder brings a rare blend of technical rigour and management clarity to the education space.
Qdeck was created to address a simple but critical gap. Students need structure. Parents need safety and trust. Learning improves when distractions reduce and systems are clear. Every Qdeck initiative reflects this belief through disciplined environments, transparent operations, and a parent-first approach focused on long-term outcomes.
Mrs. Rupa Kumari is the Managing Director of Qdeck India LLP and oversees student welfare, girls hostel operations, and daily discipline standards to ensure safety, structure, and student wellbeing.
With an academic background in Economics and Education from Saurashtra University and prior experience as a faculty member at a Kendriya Vidyalaya under the Indian Navy, she brings strong grounding in structured education, values, and student care.
As a defence spouse with exposure across multiple regions, she understands the importance of stability, supervision, and emotional assurance for students and parents. Her leadership is hands-on and people-centric, ensuring Qdeck’s girls hostel and learning environments remain secure, respectful, and well supervised.
